Sam represented me when I purchased a home in Walla Walla at the end of 2012 - beginning of 2013. He showed me a selection of homes and pretty quickly got a sense of what I was looking for. I ended up buying one of the five homes we looked at. My relocation was a bit unplanned, so we had to negotiate an extended escrow period and other one-off issues. Sam kept it all on track, and I've been happily living in the home since early 2013. He made what could have been a complicated process pretty easy. Not only would I recommend Sam to friends, I have on several occasions.
