I met Gwen while shopping at a local manufactured home dealership. From day one, she literally took over and did everything in her power to make my process as smooth as possible. I decided against the mobile home and sought to purchase real estate, as the costs had become comparable. While my lender gave me the option to change agents, it was just something about Gwen and her work ethic. I felt that she was really looking out for my best interest. While being there in the background and not being pushy or rushed to sell, she welcomed all of my (sometimes dumb) questions and kept it real with me through the whole process. She stayed on top of the lender more than me to make sure that we closed as early as possible, but definitely on time.
