Sam went above and beyond in the sale of the condo that I inherited from my brother. There were aggravating delays caused by the court system, but he remained cheerfully upbeat through all the delays. He provided referrals to contractors who worked out very well. He coordinated the renovation of the condo and also shopped for new appliances. He priced and marketed the condo so that there were multiple offers within a very short time. The final price was well above the initial asking price, and Sam (and his firm) performed flawlessly during the escrow. Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy or sell.
