Sam Cheng helped our family sold our house in “Country Club Vista” community/Richmond, California and made our new house purchase smoothly in a different location. Summer 2019, my family decided to move from the Bay Area to inland area. The first person who we thought about to hire as our sell agent is Sam Cheng. Sam and his family live in our nationhood for over 10 years. We came to know Cheng’s family during our house hunting in the “Country Club Vista” community, starting with Sam’s wife who kindly gave us very helpful preschool and school information. Sam also worked with our buying agent closely to time the selling and buying closing dates in a way that we only had one-week gap in between--- it was amazing! Saved a lot of renting! Before our open house, we needed some outside/inside house work to make the house more presentable. We hired the people suggested by Sam and were happy with the price and outcome. Sam is kind. Sam was extremely knowledgeable of the market. He knew the customer and what appealed to them. He provided useful feedback on our home and what he felt we needed to do so that it appealed to the widest number of buyers. He felt staging our home in a style that was less specific way would get a larger number of people to view the home. He even paid for the staging. Sam was actually the second agent we used to sell our home and the additional feedback along with the staging he provided is what I think led to the sale of the property.
