10/10 she was the best realtor I talked to, she made me feel confident and helped me find the best house that was a good fit. She communicated with me and made me sort out the best houses to pick.

I first met Salvatrice around summer of 2018. I ran across her contact info when I first began my house search in Connecticut. That day we must of stayed on the phone my whole lunch break profiling and getting to know me making sure I had thorough knowledge of making this transition and big step in my life. Sadly I was not able to make the transition then. Two years later, I started up my house search process and remembered the conversation I had with Salvatrice and looked into my phone for her contact and called. Of course it was her and I filled her in on everything new with me over the past two years. After about two minutes of the call, she remembered me and the conversation two years prior. Still fearful of the big transition, I can say Salvatrice held my hand from the time of my pre-approved application to the day I closed. Walking me through the do's and don'ts and what to look for in a property. Definitely staying within my qualified range and taxes. I can say she assisted me and provided as much knowledge to help me understand the process of a first time home buyer. I would DEFINITELY if NOTHING recommend Salvatrice's knowledge and services to anyone looking to purchase. When I say she made me feel comfortable at ease when it came to trust. Nine months in and I can still contact her with questions and concerns. Nevertheless Salvatrice is still there to support and guide me.

But the real benefit came once I found a property I to purchase. She’s an absolute professional when it comes to the purchase process and communicating with the other realtor. On top of that, she works for you and you only. I had trust that everything she was doing was in my best interest and I never felt pushed or influenced. Her knowledge of the industry is impressive and she’s able to offer a wealth of advice on topics from pros and cons of various home types to how towns tax differently. In addition, if you’ll need work done on your property, odds are she knows someone reputable. She is prolific and always working, though when dealing with her you’ll feel like her only client. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t get a response back right away even if it were late. It’s helpful also that she’s pleasant and easy to get along with. Salvatrice’s work speaks for itself and I am grateful to have had her for my purchase. I’ll absolutely give her a call for my next sale or buy.
