We highly recommend Sally Kate Tinch to represent any buyer or seller. When I first called Sally Kate, who came recommended through a mutual friend, I assumed my house shopping and buying experience would be much like my past experiences. I soon learned that was not the case. Sally Kate prepared us, patiently and confidently on the very unique (and unfamiliar) process of mountain living and buying. She was always there to answer my questions, listen to my ‘woes’ and support my family in this process, which at times was complicated and frustrating. Buying and selling a home out of state is not easy, but Sally Kate always put our needs first and looked out for us throughout the process.
