I cannot say enough about my experience with Sally Frye. From the first meeting she was well prepared, very knowledgeable about my neighborhood and recent activity. Her guidance in reviewing comps and determining sale price was exceptional. She was honest and straight forward throughout the process - providing facts and allowing us to ask lots of questions to clarify. Sally is incredibly organized and she prepped us for staging, photos, video etc to ensure house was seen. Her communication is exceptional, so showings and the resulting buyer activity was practically immediate and very thorough. The entire process really was a pleasure! Sally was a wonder to work with. This is the second time my family has worked with her. She sold my brother's house a few years ago too. This was my first time selling a house, (my father's house) so I had a lot of questions. Sally did a great job answering all my questions, this was a hard time for me since my father just died. Sally was always available, either by phone or texting. I had a great experience with her, and she was very knowledgable in all aspects of selling the house. She was a joy to work with, in the near future, she going to visit my house and tell me what needs to be done to help me sell my house.
