If you’re looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond, drive approximately 47,000 miles across the state of Ohio, double as your therapist, and somehow still answer your phone calls with enthusiasm, Sally Freeman is your girl! 😂 I genuinely don’t know how she survived this process with us, but she deserves a medal, a vacation, and possibly a support group. Sally drove ALL over Ohio helping us find the perfect property. And when I say all over, I mean this woman probably knows every back road, gas station, and questionable driveway in the state by now. Her communication was absolutely phenomenal. She kept us informed, answered our million questions, talked me off the ledge during my occasional (okay, maybe not so occasional) meltdowns, and somehow managed to make one of the most stressful processes of our lives feel manageable. But what makes Sally truly special is that she didn’t just help us buy a house. She genuinely cared about our family and finding us the right home. She was patient when I was overwhelmed, reassuring when I was ready to lose my mind, and right there celebrating with us when everything finally came together. By the end of this adventure, Sally wasn’t just our realtor. She was practically family. Whether she wanted to be adopted into this circus or not is still up for debate. 😂 Sally, thank you for every mile, every phone call, every reassurance, every laugh, and for putting up with ALL of us. We couldn’t have done this without you, and quite frankly, I’m not sure anyone else would’ve survived us! 10/10 recommend. Just please be nice to her. We’ve put that poor woman through enough! ❤️🏡

Sally made the selling of our previous home & the purchase of our current one easy & stress free. Our previous home sold within a few days on the market & we were worried if we would find our forever home, as we're both retired. She answered every question with certainty and professionalism. She made every effort to accommodate our schedules which got tricky as we had a vacation planned during this process. Everything went so well as we communicated often & timely. I wish everyone looking to sell/purchase a home could experience "the Sally experience", their lives would be blessed for it. The contractors she recommended were just as professional and knowledgeable. As we search and looked at properties we never felt rushed or "put-off".
