Working with Sally was an excellent experience from start to finish. Since we were working with a realtor from out of state, communication and trust were especially important, and she went above and beyond to keep us informed and guide us through every step.

Sally made a long time dream of mine come true by helping me purchase a lake home. She and her husband Gregg gave me excellent advise throughout the transaction and I was extremely grateful. Don't hesitate to use her and make your dreams come true.

Sally is very accommodating and patient with me during the process of locating a home buyer. She is knowledgeable, kind, professional, hard working, and thorough. Many thanks, Sally

Sally was awesome to work with! Stayed on top of things and made it easy for me!

Sally Carpenter was a good real estate agent to work with. She was always available and quick to show properties, and her deep knowledge of the lakes in Northern Indiana helped us explore great alternatives we wouldn’t have found on our own. Sally was extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns, and she was thorough and organized throughout the entire process and paperwork. We felt confident and well-supported every step of the way.
