My experience with Ms. Sallie Simmons was amazing compared to my previous realtor. Thanks to him, I learned a lot of things I really wanted in a realtor. All of which Sallie posses and so much more. First off, her attitude is stellar, always greetings with a positive attitude and a genuine smile. Setting up meetings with her was easy, as she is very accommodating to my schedule. First time we met, she came with a contract in hand, in case I wanted to make an offer. She follows thru with fellow realtors to negotiate, investigate and offer information. She listens to what our wish list was and made in happen. Even in this Denver market of cash offers. I highly recommend Sallie, she is excellent at her profession! Thanks, Cynthia B.
