This was our 4th house we bought in 15yrs and Saliq made it one of the best experiences ever. Not only he knew the market and worked hard to negotiate the best deal for us, he actually spent time learning what exactly mattered to us and the things that were imperative to have in our new home. He was with us from the beginning where he gathered the information on what exactly we were looking for, until the closing day where he made sure the closing went without a hitch. He even got the sellers to include a one year warranty on appliances which came in handy when our refrigerator broke soon as we moved in.
