Thorough, Excellence!

I can't stress enough how pleased I was with her results. I prefer quality over quantity & a rare, reserve versus bottom shelf. She lived up to my standards. It's quite an ordeal purchasing existing structures. However, new construction adds another layer of complexity because the builder's paperwork & agents are there to protect them, not the buyer. She ultimately made the process one that I could feel comfortable moving forward with. I was approved & looking for homes in two states & ultimately chose to stay in Ohio due to the quality of my Realtor, Salena Dix. She did not rush me, nor try to sway me in one way or the other. She offered professional guidance as to how things are handled based upon the rules and regulations that govern the subject matter/transaction/property. I would've been very reluctant to purchase & probably would've forgone the purchase if I had an agent that was rushed & uninformed about his/her craft. I'm very pleased with my experience with Salena & the purchase.
