Salena is both warm and professional. She took time to truly understand our wants and needs, always probing to better understand how we were feeling and whether we were confident about various decisions before moving forward. She tailored home searches based on very specific information to be more strategic about what we spent our time looking at. She was good at explaining the various steps we were taking and was consistently available via text, phone call, video call, or in person to answer questions. We were bidding on a property in a sought after neighborhood with very low inventory, so her research and strategy for bidding allowed us to get the property despite a large number of other bidders. She kept on top of various details as escrow closed and we received our keys, as well as having great advice about various home-related needs as we began to move in. She was by our side for the entire process and made us feel heard and taken care of. We feel so lucky we had her as our realtor!
