Salah was agent from our (buyer's) side when we purchased a property in Mountain House CA in May 2018. He showed us four homes in a day on our first visit to Mountain house to buy a home. He knew a lot about the area as he himself lives here. He provided us with all the details that we wanted to know. Since we were buying home for first time, he told us a lot of minute details which we did not even know that we should be aware of. He helped a lot in getting the deal closed. I just recently bought a home for my family and myself. Salah went well above and beyond my expectations in every way imaginable. One quality that stood out for me was the fact that his number one goal for us was that we are happy with our decision on which house we wanted and when. Not one time did he ever push us into buying a home. Or make us feel like if we do not act quickly we will loose our opportunity on this house. Yes I know there is a open window of so much time before someone else makes that offer before you. And he will give you his opinion on what he thinks. But he did not look at us with dallor signs and try to push us into a quick buy so he can make his 3%. He left that decision up to us on when and where. Then after we made our decision on which home we wanted to purchase. He looked into everything a good agent should. Ran the inspections and so forth. He wanted to make sure everything checked out and we were not going to have any hidden surprises later down the road. This guy is a top notch first class agent!
