I appreciate Saira's availability. She always responded to my text and phone calls. She didn’t mind taking my ideas to help the process but always being able to incorporate her own knowledge which only made it so much better. She works very hard, She's always thinking of ways she can make it less stressful, when it can have very stressful moments. She's great at taking it off the client's shoulders and giving some relief. I’m not the easiest to work for, sometimes I am very hands on, and she allowed for that. I can appreciate a person that doesn’t think she knows it all and is willing to take my opinions. Overall she is polite, efficient, and a phone call away no matter the time. She did a wonderful job selling our house for Top dollar in our area. Thank you Saira you did great! Working with Saira has been a great experience. Selling and moving into a new home is always stressful, but Saira was able to make it as seamless as possible. She definitely knows how to advertise, and pull out all the stops when necessary. This transaction was a different type of sale. It required going at it many different ways. She got top dollar for us on our home, it was the highest sold house in the area! She also assisted us with a beautiful new built home in Fulshear.
