Saige kept in constant contact. He started to build a relationship first before the sale. Reached out during the holidays and when I was on vacation he was still sending me different options on homes. He fought for our respect and our business. We had three different real estate brokers but he separated himself fast and early on. The more the process continued the more he fought to lower the overall property on the home. In second round of negotiations he really outclassed the competition and the sellers attorney’s. Always responsive and worked hard. Did not settle until my wife and I where happy. He was not pushy or salesy. He started as my realtor and ended up a trusted friend. He went to bat on some of my unrealistic expectations and fought for them even if they where a long shot. Not putting my down or condescending in any way. Ultimately we received our dream home with all closing costs paid for with addition funds to buy our interest rate down. Wow! In this market! All I can say is that if you want a pit bull then you have to go with Saige. He understands and listens. Highly recommend and we will be using him in the future.
