This is the second house I’ve purchased through Saif, and once again, he exceeded my expectations. He’s a true deep diver who pays attention to every detail, does his homework, and works hard to get the best deal for his clients. Thanks to his negotiation skills, I was able to purchase my house $15,000 below asking price, plus a 1% seller concession! I truly trust his work and appreciate his dedication.
