Sahir Kazmi was very involved in selling my Georgetown of Atlanta Townhome in January 2025. I hired him in August 2024 when the housing market was softening, and becoming difficult for home sellers to get top dollar. He actively managed selling my property for just over 4 months, and kept me informed every step of the way. Within 2 months I had a buyer under contract, but unfortunately we found out the buyer had a bad credit score, and couldn't qualify for the mortgage. Fortunately, within 2 more months we had another buyer under contract for roughly the same sale price. which was $20,000 more than other similar properties, especially those being sold by Georgetown of Atlanta investors including those on the BOD. Sahir was great in pointing out the renovations i had made a couple years earlier to prospective buyers that enabled me to get substantially more than other properties being sold at the same time frame. In closing, I have referred other neighbor friends to Sahir, and I am confident he will treat other sellers or buyers as well as he treated me.
