Sage assisted me with any issue or question I had in a timely manner, at almost any time of the day. If she didn't have the answer to a question then, she made sure that she figured out the answer for me. She showed the house off well and didn't try to oversell anything. I knew what I was in for when I looked at the property because she was willing to talk through it with me. Buying a property for the first time was stressful, but she made the process much easier than it could have been.

Sage was always quick to respond and was very helpful throughout the whole process of selling my home. Would recommend her for anyone trying to sell their house.

Sage was with us every step of the way toward home ownership. She sent us listings on new houses coming on the market and set up tours of houses we were interested in as soon as she could get them. She encouraged us to keep looking, that we would find our house, when we were not seeing anything we loved. And when we found what we wanted but didn’t get it she told us to hold on, that sometimes things change, a week later she called and said the sale didn’t go thru and if we were still interested we had another chance so we resubmitted our bud. A little over a month later we closed on the house with Sage being with us at the signing. She went above and beyond explaining everything to us and even showing up at the home inspection to make sure we understood the findings. If I ever need a realtor again Sage will definitely be my first choice. I definitely encourage anyone who needs a realtor to give her a call. Thanks so much Sage.

Working with a realtor from 1200 miles away should not be easy, but Sage made it easy. She willingly did 2 or 3 video tours for us. She did background checks on all the properties we were interested in and coached us on what our offer(s) should be. We wouldn't be in this awesome home without her help.

I now know how stressful it is as a buyer and also as a realtor. She did everything she could to help us find a place. I don’t know how she does it but we are forever in her debt. She’s a very wonderful and capable sales lady who has a great future in real estate.
