I loved my experience with Sadie. Moving is very difficult, and emotional, and upsetting at times. Sadie was there through the whole process day and night, to hold my hand and get me through it. She was incredible. She understands this market extremely well, and knows how to price and negotiate for you, a wonderful advocate. We were in communication daily and she was always very prompt to respond to calls and requests during the process. There were several things that needed to be attended to the house to make the sale better. Sadie was able to get the contractors and people that I needed to help with the process in a very timely manner. She’s extremely personable and professional. Plus, so very easy to work with. Her honesty, in each situation that would arise was A testament to her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate world. She went above and beyond many times to help me in the process. She was always on time, always checked in, and I couldn’t have done it without her. I highly recommend Sadie Ward, if you’re going to sell your home. Shes someone who will truly be there with you through all the steps, side-by-side not only to make it easy, but to get the most value for your home.

When we decided to sell building lots inherited from our parents, we turned to the real estate firm they had worked with. We trust Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate. And so...we trusted Sadie to list and sell our lots for us. We live in Utah. Sadie called, emailed, and texted. She kept us "in the loop" as she prepared the listing, provided comps to validate the asking price, even sent pics of the lots after then were sold -- to show up what the buyer was doing with them. Sadie was on top of every aspect of helping us know how to prepare and even pitching in with those special touches we hadn’t even considered. I was successor trustee of a Living Trust and after the death of the Trustor, her home was found to be almost in a hoarder state. Full of collectables and wine themed goods in addition to many tables and bookshelves to display her treasures. Closets full with clothes and shoes and all manner of items collected on her weekly shopping trips. Floors full of displayed items that passage was difficult. Sofie was aware of the issues and tho very interested in obtaining the listing, held off on pushing, did not request showings pre-listing, even tho the home could have sold within a week even in this condition. She accepted my plan to slowly empty the house in the most effective way. As soon as completed, her office reviewed, valued, and presented a listing for sale that resulted in multiple offers and a quick and clean sale. I would recommend her and her agency without limitation.

Sadie Ward was the listing agent when we sold my brother’s home after he passed away unexpectedly. This home was located in a rural area over 30 miles from our town and there were numerous issues with the home itself. This was a difficult time for our family and most of us lived in different states. Sadie was an absolute angel to our family. She made numerous trips to the house to personally manage repairs and assure completion. Sadie actually did some of the work herself which was way outside of her job description.
