We had a very unique situation of selling in one state and buying in another . We accepted an offer from an investor . The investor was extremely difficult to communicate with . They dropped the ball on their end and we had to call several times to get them to process our sale . We were on an extreme time crunch to get to Arizona from Ohio . Sadie worked day and night even the week of her own Wedding to get us to the finish line . She communicated with us every step of the way . Our family was able to get to where we needed to be in time . We were able to get what we wanted for our home .
