Sadie and her colleagues were fantastic to work with! I did not know the area well and Sadie helped me understand the local market and showed me numerous building options in McCall. She was very transparent about market conditions and pricing expectations and was extremely patient and thoughtful in preparing an offer and following up on required diligence and purchase conditions.
