It was a difficult process as reading the bids closed her out of the official opening of the bids. Not knowing who bid and what the actual money amounts were left us in the dark. What I heard over and over again on many property bids was the best bid got the home. The best bid turned out to be what the listing agent said it was. Sure, the best bid was when the Listing agent made the sale as there was no splitting up of the agent's percentage of the sale with my agent. Sabrina continued with dignity in spite of the awkward bid process. It is time that all realter's get together and solve this future problem and or call in the Attorney General of Kentucky and inact a few rules to secure the customer's bids.
