We originally were only lightly browsing for homes, but when we found a home that spoke to us, we knew had to move quickly. The Glover team was able to assist us in listing our house for sale, having numerous showings (with social media posts), an open house, and eight days after we submitted our purchase offer, we had multiple sale offers for our prior home in hand and we signed to sell. The Glover team was very communicative around all required items and recommendations, which was critical given the timing. During the sale process, we had plans to go out of town and the Glover team made sure to overnight certain documents which required wet ink signatures.
