She helped me navigate all the complicated parts as a foreign buyer and even went above and beyond by giving me a virtual tour of the area where the home is located, connecting me with a bank that could handle an overseas purchase, connecting me with different German speaking insurance providers, CPAS installing Wi-Fi in the home and, now, furnishing the home so that it can be rented out. I was just so happy with everything that Sabina will also be my property manager. She is wonderful! I would highly recommend her to everyone buying and renting out his property in Southwest Florida.

When I started my search for a house in Florida in January 2021, I had a lot of questions, how things are handled in US, how high costs and taxes and how expensive living in Florida would be. In a social media group I met Sabina first time, and she patiently answered all my questions – without any pressure or the need of signing something. We communicated a lot and she helped us to develop a plan how to proceed. We arrived begin of June for our first visit in Florida and Sabina was well prepared. We only had 3 ½ weeks in Florida to decide whether we could imagine to buy our second home here. First we very intensively considered building a house with Hamsher Realty Inc. Sabina showed us the wonderful sample house and possible variants. She helped us with evaluating land and gave us many advices on upcoming additional costs. But due to the current situation with missing construction materials and corona related problems, combined with doubled prices for land since January, the risk was too high to go this way. So we challenged Sabina’s flexibility – no problem for her at all. She stood on our site with all of our changing mindset. We started to search for existing houses and to make appointments. Sabina taught us to be fast and prepared. We visited a lot of houses which couldn’t convince us and then found two possible candidates. We made an offer but couldn’t get any of those, because other people paid more. We were so disappointed and decided to give up. It was Sabina, who motivated us to make a last trial with the house we now call our own. I really would have missed it otherwise.
