When we found a "good deal" in a gritty and up-and-coming neighborhood, she advised us against it. Our budget was tight but she was patient with us for many months as we tried to find the right apartment for us. Eventually, we found something really nice at a great price, although it was a very difficult deal to close because we pushed hard on the seller for a lot of things we wanted. Sabina's experience really shone through on this deal. Even after closing on the apartment in SF, Sabina has always tried to keep in touch with us to help us find good contractors in both SF and East Bay. If I could have given 10 stars , I would !! It was a long journey to sell our house located in Oakland , CA. Yes, the market was hot , but the house needed renovation to get the best sales and to fix couple of issues related to bathroom. This was a 7 to 8 month project from start to end. First, Sabina worked with us to find the needed upgrades and renovations in the house, then managed the renovation process while acting as a project manager. She helped us on finding contractors and communicating with them. This was a lot of work to find the best possible contractors that can do the best quality work. Guided the whole renovation process from start to end while paying attention to every detail. Once the renovation process ended, during the preparation for the sale, her team on the staging and cleaning did amazing job to prepare the house. The contractors that she work with is top notch and staging was very stylish, clean and welcoming. During the open house and sales process, she did a good job marketing and prepared a professional website with high quality photography and video. She even interacted with the neighbors and explained the process of sales and transition. She also has great team members who are helping her while preparing the paperwork. Her team included very kind individuals who are very efficient and easy to communicate with. Once we get the offers, she made sure that we are getting a reliable buyer, paid attention to every detail and made sure that we are getting all agreements on the paper without leaving any gaps. Overall, she went above and beyond in the whole sales process and helped us to get the best sale price from a reliable buyer. We are very happy that we have worked with her and definitely will work with her again for any house sales or purchase in the future.
