From start to finish, Saad and the whole Munir Team at Torii were great. We were buying sight unseen from out of town, and Saad was always available to give advice, see places for us, and help us get a deal. Very personalized. At one point he even visited a town hall for us to look up old zoning records on one of the properties we were considering. Also very helpful getting us in contact with a good attorney and good contractors/maintenance people after purchase. All around great experience!
