My first impression of Walt Simpson, via email no less, was that of a fair and straightforward professional who understands people and what customers want. Call it a hunch but he seemed to be someone possessing excellent communication skills with whom you could easily build a rapport and work with, and a great listener. He understands your viewpoint as a customer and creates a win-win outcome. Along with those skills, Walt is knowledgeable and gets the job done. He is also responsive to calls, emails, and texts exceeding normal expectations, and does what he says he will do. Walt is a master at understanding how to guide and handle frazzled people during the stressful process of selling or buying a home and made it a highly positive experience. I can not recommend Walt highly enough.
