I never realized a realtor could be so helpful, as well as knowledgable and professional. We used his services after we saw firsthand how good he was when he listed a family member's house for sale and helped them purchase a large piece of property. Ryun Vail helped us ready our home for listing in a timely manner and dealt with the day to day issues of negotiations when we were away. Our future new home needs as well as location were very specific and he helped us narrow down the choices in a timely manner.
