We moved from California to Florida. When we first tried talking with a Realtor long distance it was pretty much a disaster! They either wouldn't call back or were slow to answer and it was like pulling teeth to get data from them. Then there's Rynita! What a dream come true! Well, we found out that she is real! We had a list of addresses that we were interested in and she drove them to check them out for us before we even arrived. She communicated her thoughts and ideas - from the beginning we felt that we had a good friend looking out for us. We fell in love with the 3rd home she showed us. I think she was as happy as we were! As we were out of state, Rynita was our eyes and ears on the ground here in Florida. She did the final walk through for us and even volunteered to be there if we needed someone to receive the workers to turn on utilities. Rynita made the difficult and often chaotic move from across the country a reality and so easy. We would HIGHLY recommend Rynita as a Realtor if you want top notch service and expertise. She was so attentive and helpful! She was very patient with us while looking for over a year! Even with her having a family emergency she still kept in touch and was there for all of our questions!

Rynita, worked hard to find us the right home in a hot market. She really shined during the closing process to facilitate open communication between us and the sellers agent. It was a very difficult closing due to the Navy Federal Credit Union’s ineptness in getting closing documents together and Rynita continued to dog them until they came through at the end. Rynita listened to my wants and needs and didn't waste my time showing me home I would not be interested in. It was great working with her. I was in California through the entire process until the day of closing. She met me at the house for my first and final walk through and went with me to the title company to sign the papers. She always called me back immediately if she was unavailable when I called. She explained every step of the process and stepped in when I had my fill of the lady at the mortgage company, going to battle for me and smoothing over the situation.
