I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to sell their home and/or buy a new one. Ryan helped us do both. I ran across Ryan by accident while reviewing a social media post. We started talking and I quickly knew this was the guy I wanted selling my home. He utilizes all the best modern selling techniques to get your house seen. He had a photography crew come out and professionally photograph, drone, and video my home. He also got me in touch with a professional copywriter to write up the listing content. From there he posted my home on MLS but also on numerous social media outlets. All of this was included in his fees which were extremely reasonable. Many agents will list your home and when an agent requests a showing they just give them the lock box code and schedule a time for the ahowing. Ryan on the other hand met every agent and prospect at my home for the showings. He studied my home features (which there were many) and was there to greet them and provide detailed explanations of every feature. He is also just a really great guy overall and I trusted him with every aspect of both deals. If in the market for an agent, he is your guy!
