When I started the process of selling my house. I thought I had an idea of what needed to be done in order to sell. I contacted Ryan to come over and take a look at what I was doing. He was very accommodating of my schedule (I work very odd hours). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what market values were and the area I was selling in. He guided me through what I should do and not do. Which saved me a lot of money!! Anyway, I am not one to write reviews but Ryan made the process 100% painless!
