When listing our home he went out of his way to make sure that everyone knew we had a cat and we were concerned he would escape. Within hours there was a sign on our door indicating we had a cat and to please not let him out. He also went out of his way to find us our dream home. Working around our busy schedules and making sure we were able to see the homes we wanted to see as quickly as possible. The purchase of our first home did not go as nicely. We wished that all those years ago Ryan was our agent. The first agent we had that sold us our first home did not pay attention to our needs. The agent would show us houses that were well out of our price range. The agent rarely communicated with us. Our final walk through of the home was well after we closed. The agent did not advocate for us at all. So we were a little bit apprehensive about purchasing another home while listing ours. Ryan truly exceeded our expectations. He showed us homes in our price range paying attention to the items on our wishlist. He has been readily available to answer any and all questions the whole time. He even took us back more than once to view homes. He knows what a commitment buying a home is and wanted to find ya the perfect home and be absolutely sure we loved it! This whole process would have been a lot more stressful had we not had Ryan as our agent. You can tell he takes pride in his work as evidenced by his professionalism, attention to detail, and fast communication. He truly treated us like royalty from day one.
