Ryan got us more than I expected for our home and we sold in three weeks (prior to COVID). He got us into our dream home and was always accessible, calm, and level headed (when I wasn’t). We worked with Ryan Yamini for both buying our new house and selling our old house. After stumbling on a house we were fell in love with, Ryan showed us the house in person and helped us with the contract. After they accepted our offer, we had to sell our house, which Ryan helped with as well. He came over and gave us suggestions on how to get the house ready for showings. We acted on his suggestions and cleaned up a lot of our clutter. He took great photos of our house and a 360 view of it as well. He had us use a tool that allowed us to accept, decline, or counter showing requests, which made it extremely easy to schedule them. We also received instant feedback through that as well, which was great. We sold our house in a short period of time. He helped keep us informed on the process and where things were at with both houses. We really enjoyed working with Ryan.
