I was always told horror stories about purchasing a home but when I entrusted Ryan with that endeavor, the experience was gratifying. The journey from one state to another while trying to buy a single family home, in the midst of high interest rate and economic uncertainty, was not an easy one. Without the right person in my corner, there's no telling how it would have turned out for me. After nearly 5 months of looking, negotiating and waiting, I was awarded keys to a new home, a treasure trove of knowledge and an unbelievable experience. None of which would have been possible without the help of my realtor, Ryan Willis. Before this experience, I knew very little about the real estate process. However, now I feel I can start listing houses next week on the MLS. All jokes aside, Ryan came through EVERY SINGLE TIME I needed him. Even moments where I wasn't aware, he advocated on my behalf for the best home and deal possible. We looked at over 30 homes, put in countless offers and had several inspections performed and every time there was an issue with the home or on the sellers end.
