When my old realtor quit the business a few years ago I was very concerned with finding a new one. These transactions were my 4th sale and 5th purchase in 10 years. Ryan and I are old high school friends that happen to run into each other randomly last year. I was ready to sell and re-purchase due to my growing family. Ryan really exceeded all of my expectations on both sides of the transaction. Everything was so seamless and simple. He really made sure everything on the purchase side was in the contract and taken care of. I will definitely use Ryan again and have already set him up with my bosses new purchase and sale.
