Communication was a little stilted, but considering we have lots of technologies to keep in touch on it was understandable. Disclosure of techniques of home purchase and other questions were always answered. He had great access to knowledge on details of each house, historical neighborhood information which was great because we really cared about that stuff. Overall his attitude was always respectful, humorous and personable. We felt very comfortable with him right away. We felt he heard our requests and took us seriously from day 1. Our process took about 6 months from first house shown to close of sale.
