Ryan Trujillo was a phenomenal realtor! He was incredibly attentive, communicative (responds super quick to any questions we would text him), and he genuinely cared about working for us to get the best deal. He showed us places within our budget and would always communicate honestly if there was something wrong or off about the house we were looking at. He helped us negotiate prices with the houses if there was something that needed to be reviewed. He was with us through-out the entire process until we closed on the house. He even helped coordinate sales of furniture between the previous owner and us. He also is very connected in the community and offered us several peoples contact information if we ever needed any outside work done for the house. He is the definition of a kindhearted, friendly, knowledgeable realtor that you want to have working with you.
