Called, left message and Ryan called back the next day. He was professional, knew the area where my vacant land was located. I have never been to the land location, it's a long story for another time. Ryan took the time to give me an overview of the land and the surrounding area. Since the Corona-virus was evolving he suggested we take it slow and wait till the summer months. He was right, in July we got and offer and the escrow closed last week.
