As my realtor, he always returned my communications in a timely manner. He continued to give good advice and helped me even in ways that weren't specifically part of the job of a realtor. For example, more than once, he met people (not potential buyers) at the house, which saved me the time and trouble of driving far to do it myself. He did whatever he could to move the sale forward.
