We highly recommend Ryan as a realtor when ready to sell your house! He is very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process leaving us with no concerns. We were never left hanging or left with questions unanswered. He dove in headfirst whereas we received an offer 2 hours after we listed our house and he was able to get us top dollar bc he was able to get great comps for setting our sale price. As a Realtor myself I know that not all Realtors are created equal. After bad experiences with 6 other agents during our relocation purchase we were lucky enough to find Ryan. He made this so easy. He knows the areas, knows the market, and has the contacts to help with inspections, repair issues, etc. The market moves fast and he was right on top of everything so we were able to get our offer accepted. Being out of state was a worry for us but he made it seamless. If you are buying or selling you are doing a disservice to yourself if you don't let Ryan help you!
