I house-hunted for four years and was not the easiest client to work with as I was looking for very specific attributes. Ryan was patient with me the whole time. He sent me suggestions, even outside my parameters to open me up t other choices, to also help me gauge the market while never pushing me to purchase anything I was uncomfortable with. If I saw a condo/house I liked, Ryan had no problem knocking on the door and asking the owner if they were interested in selling or ask residents in the same complex if they were interested in selling. When it finally came time to buy, the seller's best and final price was a little out of my range. However, Ryan came up with intuitive ways to close the deal at a price and rate I was comfortable with. He never pushed me to buy anything I was uncomfortable with. This was my first home purchase and Ryan walked me through the entire process so that I had peace of mind the entire way. I would definitely recommend Ryan and would use him again in the future.
