Where do I begin reviewing Ryan? FIVE STARS. I can't imagine a more knowledgeable, professional, and responsive agent. Ryan represented my elderly parents in the sale of their un-remodeled Hollywood Riviera home of 55 years. (He was referred by my parents' financial planner.) He handled everything from start to finish, as my parents had moved out of the area and one had become seriously ill midway through. Bottom line, Ryan fully understood my parents' particular situation and then negotiated and went to the mat for them. He has a busy roster, yet I always felt we were No. 1. We could not be happier with the outcome, which was well over asking price. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND.

Ryan is the best there is. Being able to fully trust someone in such a complicated process is invaluable. He is personable, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and tough. He is absolutely the guy you want in your corner!

Ryan helped us with the purchase of a new fabulous home. We were in a time crunch due to the sale of our old home and were hoping to find not just anything, but a great buy during a time when inventory was low. Ryan kept us apprised of new listings and got us in to see prospective homes quickly. I really appreciated that he was so organized during our tours by providing maps, schedules, etc., which helped make the process more smooth. I also appreciated the guidance he provided about certain houses and potential issues to consider when we’d ask for his opinion (which he was able to give based on his years of experience in real estate). Ryan wasn’t pushy and didn’t encourage us to just put offers in on everything. He was in tune with our style, needs, and wants and genuinely wanted to ensure we were happy with our purchase. When it came time to negotiate, he’d give us his thoughts but made sure that we ultimately made the decision for how to proceed. He always sought to make sure we wouldn’t be screwed or placed in a predicament that would have costly ramifications. In the end, everything worked out thanks to his listening to his clients’ needs/wants, trying to fulfill those needs/wants, and overall, being a great advocate.
