I chose Ryan because he has an active Facebook page and many followers. It was a wise decision. When I contacted Ryan he came right out to the house to discuss pricing and gave us comps. We reached a price that was agreeable to both of us. Once we signed his contract, he promptly came out to the house and did a complete video of our home and talked about the benefits and the features in our home. Within two days we had a Full price offer on our home. During the course of negotiations Ryan helped us out getting the help of an attorney for something minute but I was afraid it would take lengthy time. Because he knew the attorney in town we were able to get the documents we needed. It was very apparent that the buyers realtor was very inexperienced. I really felt sorry for the buyers. I would definitely recommend Ryan because he brings a lot to the table on a sale of your home because of his experience and the fact that he networks really well with social media.
