I ended up on the phone with Ryan. Seemed like a very nice, knowledgeable realtor. After a few questions, he promised he would send me his info and send me the information I asked for. Guess what? It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything from him. No email, text, or anything. If he didn’t think I was worth his time I would have preferred him to just tell me instead of letting me sit around and wait. I expected more out of a “5 star” review realtor. Really disappointed.

Ryan is hands down one of the best realtors out there. My husband and I were first time home buyers (using the VA loan). Ryan made sure we understood every part of the home buying process. He was always available to answer our questions and he always responded quickly. When it came time to negotiate what the sellers needed to fix on the house, Ryan advocated for us and he was able to get everything fixed and paid for by the sellers. Ryan has integrity in all he does and truly puts his clients needs first. I can't thank Ryan enough for helping us find our dream home!

My husband and I crossed paths with Ryan when I reached out to him regarding a home we saw on Redfin. It wasn't until 6 months later that I reached out again to inquire about the home we ultimately bought. Within that time and beyond Ryan was courteous, provided immediate responses, and literally was able to show us a home only hours after we saw it online-even when it wasn't his listing. Ryan was able to accommodate our questions and requests throughout the process and always made it a point to check in and make sure we were understanding everything clearly. Ryan's teammates that we encountered along the way were as equally polished and professional. Thanks to Ryan, we closed in about a month and had a fun, stress free, positive experience.
