Basically, Ryan is really REALLY good at what he does. The escrow phase of my most recent purchase had moments that should have caused panic... but throughout those difficult moments, Ryan was always there to make sure that the situations not only felt in control, but actually WERE in control. I don't see myself working with anyone else. He is truly gifted when it comes to real estate.

It's scary buying your first home, even more so when you don't know if your realtor really has your best interests at heart. Ryan, however, made us feel very comfortable from our first meeting. He's patient, responsive, and willing to put in as much time and thought as we needed. He knows LA and the market inside out, and never seemed in a hurry to push us towards any particular property. He never turned a blind eye to problems with a property, either and, in fact, had an eagle eye for what worked and what didn't. He also has a great ability to see a place's potential, and came up with all sort of cost-saving ideas to maximize the property. He also works with a really great team. We highly recommend working with Ryan.

I was referred to Ryan by a friend when my boyfriend and I were in the market for our first home. Not only was Ryan incredibly helpful and patient with me throughout the process, he also brought a wealth of experience and knowledge both of the areas we were looking at, the potential pitfalls of certain home features, as well as suggestions for how to increase the overall values of each home we viewed. Once we found the one, Ryan helped streamline the process by explaining exactly what the meaning of the millions of pieces of paperwork meant, recommending local repair folks for estimates on fixes, as well as connecting with the sellers agents behind the scenes so the negotiation process was never bogged down by people not wanting to meet in the middle. Without Ryan, this home buying experience would have been a much more stressful and mysterious process. I have and will continue to recommend Ryan to all my friends, family, and colleagues when they are looking for property in the East LA region.

We were on the east coast and buying a house on the west coast, so finding the right person was really important. We met with several agents and pretty quickly knew Ryan was the right fit for us. He's very knowledgeable about Real Estate and the process, but his calm and personality is the best thing to have in a process like this. We highly recommend Ryan, and feel very lucky to have found him. When we finally got the house I actually missed the daily calls with Ryan.
