I have heard that you need to get a real estate agent whom is hungry. They will work harder for you they will know the market better, and overall They will be a better agent for you. If the saying holds true then Ryan is starving.Because he knows the Junction City, and Manhattan markets better than anyone I have ever met. Ryan will fight for you consistently, try and find you deals, and has extensive market knowledge perif you're looking for a home or a rental I would definitely recommend him.
