Two important things to note here: He responded before 8am, and he responded on a Weekend! That first 90 minute conversation with Ryan on a Sunday solidified my home buying trajectory and allowed me to close on my first home within 60 days! Overall, I counted over 50+ positives from start to finish with Ryan. And the best part is that there's still continual coaching on navigating home-ownership after closing on my home. At the end of the day, if you want to wait for an arbitrary day and time, like Monday at 8am, to improve your life, then go with somebody else.
