Ryan helped me sell my house before I even put it on the market! By being such an attentive listener, he was able to match me with a buyer that was exactly what I wanted. We got over the minimum we wanted for our house, sold it to an investor who let us lease it back for 6 months while we look for a new house, and did all this without the headache of staging and having random people walk through our home. This was all possible because Ryan is well connected in the industry and his reputation proceeds him.
