I cannot say enough about Ryan Rosscup. Once you have him as a realtor, you will not want to deal with anyone else. Not only does he make himself available for you, but he genuinely wants to do right by you and your situation. He is always honest when we ask him for his expert opinion on houses which makes things a lot better when you're new to moving! This is our second time getting a house with Ryan and after experiencing other realtors, it is beyond evident what sets Ryan apart. He cares about people period. He wants you to be happy not only with the house you're getting, but the experience of home buying. If you're new to the area, he is helpful and knowledgeable about what's around you. Ryan also gave us names and phone numbers of home repair businesses or people. It was one less thing for us to worry about! I wish I could give Ryan more stars because if you go with him, you will actually enjoy buying a new house! With all of the stresses that come with moving and finding a new house, Ryan took so much of our stress away. He is so kind and easy going. You will not want to work with anybody else, TRUST ME! We worked with him in 2015 and 2021.
